Price

Prices are specified on the terms: ex warehouse Ivanovo. Prices are valid for customers of the Russian Federation.

Price in foreign exchange – Euro, payment in foreign exchange – Russian ruble.

Price for goods includes value of goods, issuance of documentation.

Terms of payment

Terms of payment – on agreement of parties.

Buyers transfer their funds to the seller’s settlement account within 3 working days from the date of receipt of an invoice for payment.

Payment is effected in Russian rubles according to the Russian Central Bank rate of exchange ruling at the date of payment.

Delivery terms

Basic delivery terms: self – haul from the seller’s warehouse.

Shipment and delivery of goods are executed by forces and at the expense of the buyer.

Seller’s obligations for transfer of goods are considered as executed from the date of transfer of goods from own warehouse to the buyer.

Right of ownership for goods is transferred from the seller to the buyer from the date of considering the seller as having fulfilled his obligation for transfer of goods to the buyer.

On customer’s demand the goods of PJSC «Polyot” are delivered by a transport company or mail service at the seller’s choice.

Cost of delivery depends on weight of goods and distance. Delivery of goods is executed at the expense of the buyer.
